Waiting time treatment
During the 1st outpatient appointment, we immediately reserve time so that you can be treated immediately if you wish. Of course, it is always possible to make a follow-up appointment for this.
Legal waiting times
The maximum acceptable waiting time agreed upon jointly by healthcare providers and healthcare insurers (the Treek standard) is 4 weeks for access to the outpatient clinic and diagnostics. For treatment, the maximum acceptable waiting time is 7 weeks.
Do you think the waiting time is too long?
If you find the waiting time too long, you can always contact us, or ask your health insurance company for waiting list mediation. Your health insurance company can support you in this, so you may be able to get help faster.
