Bij GOED Medisch Centrum passen we USGET (Ultrasound-guided Galvanic Electrolysis Therapy) behandelingen toe, waarbij weefselgeneratie wordt gemotiveerd met Echogeleide Galvanische Elektrolyse therapie. Bij deze behandelmethode maken we gebruik van echografie om nauwkeurig de plaats van behandeling te bepalen. Vervolgens wordt deze plaats gestimuleerd met elektrische impulsen zodat het lichaam zelf actief aan de slag gaat met weefselgeneratie. Deze methode wordt uitgevoerd met behulp van een geavanceerd apparaat.<\/p>\n

U komt in aanmerking voor een USGET behandeling wanneer er veel littekenweefsel is gevormd in of rondom de pees of spier. Deze behandeling wordt pas ingezet wanneer de reguliere conventionele behandelingen niet het gewenste resultaat hebben behaald.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Afhankelijk van de ernst en de duur van de klacht wordt vooraf het aantal behandelingen bepaald. Na 6 weken vindt er een evaluatie plaats. Wanneer we verbetering zien wordt er gestart met gerichte oefentherapie. Bij onvoldoende resultaat adviseren we om over te gaan op een PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) behandeling.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Na de USGET behandeling is het advies om, afhankelijk van de locatie van de aandoening, 1 week krukken of een sling te gebruiken. Dit adviseren we om de pees optimaal te laten herstellen na de USGET behandeling.<\/p>\n

Na 6 weken vindt er een controle plaats. Wanneer de pees voldoende hersteld is, wordt er een gericht oefenprogramma gestart. U kunt dit oefenprogramma volgen bij onze beweegpoli of bij uw eigen fysiotherapeut.<\/p>\n
